A big thank you to Steve Booth for sourcing sponsorship from various companies in the form of materials for the renovation of the Old Town Hall. Steve also sourced funding of our first insurance policy right back at the beginning of the project via the Duke of Cornwall pub in Weymouth. During January, Weymouth Old Town Hall will be closed to bookings whilst the bulk of the renovations are completed. The hall will be open for use again from Monday 30th January. Many thanks for everyone’s support and Merry Christmas! Guardians of the Old Town Hall and all our volunteer staff would like to thank Fiestus Derriman Morris Dancers for their kind donation of £100 towards the renovation costs of the Old Town Hall.
Stitch ‘n’ Bitch are going for their Xmas meal this week, so they will not be meeting at the Old Town Hall on Tuesday 6th December. |
